We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because we incur non-refundable processing costs the moment an order is placed, the following policy applies to all returns:

1. Return Windows & Eligibility
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Shipping
  • Original Shipping Charges: Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Restocking & Administrative Fee
  • All returns for a refund to the original payment method are subject to a 4% restocking and administrative fee.

  • This fee covers the costs of processing the return, inspecting the item, and non-recoverable transaction fees incurred during the original sale.

  • Alternative: If you choose to receive your refund as Store Credit, the 4% restocking fee will be waived.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us via the Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, the restocking fee and shipping charges will be fully waived or a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.

5. Refund Processing
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
